SHIPPING

If you paid with PayPal, we will upload the tracking information inside PayPal when the shipping label has been generated. Regardless of payment method used, you will receive tracking information in your email from us the night your package has been shipped by the mail carrier. In addition, all packages are shipped with insurance included at no extra charge.

Most of our packages are then shipped via priority mail, which is estimated to take 3-4 business day. However, we have no control over the delivery time, which can be extended due to factors like carrier delays, COVID-19, natural disasters, holidays, seasons, weather, etc., PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS.

Once the package has shipped, the package is out of our hands and become the carrier's responsibility. For any questions or concerns, please contact the carrier's customer service department.

United States (U.S.)

  • We ship within the United States (U.S.) including locations outside the Contiguous U.S. such as, but not limited to: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and APO/FPO/DPO, using United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS) may also be available for an additional handling fee (see below).
  • U.S. orders of $150.00 or more in one transaction will be eligible for $10.00 flat-rate shipping via USPS. There may be additional flat-rate shipping special(s) offered at the shown amount via USPS (if no carrier is specified in the offer). All other orders will be subjected to shipping charges based on the weight of the order and shipping service selected. A handling fee may also apply based on selected shipping carrier (automatically included with the estimated amount):
    • UPS: $10.00
    • USPS: None

International

  • We also ship internationally using United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS (United Parcel Service).
  • There may be flat-rate shipping special(s) offered at the shown amount via USPS (if no carrier is specified in the offer). All other orders will be subjected to shipping charges based on the weight of the order and shipping service selected. A handling fee may also apply based on selected shipping carrier (automatically included with the estimated amount):
    • UPS: $10.00
    • USPS: None
  • You will be responsible for any import duties and/or taxes charged by your country and any carrier-related fees (e.g. brokerage).
